ADVENT 2025
We are so often focused on the destination in our travels. “Where are you going?” is the most common question upon hearing that someone is heading out of town. While the destination is perhaps the impetus for deciding to “go,” it is often the journey itself that offers the most memorable moments–frustrating or delightful. This Advent season, we will pay attention not just to the destination of Christmas, but also to the places where events occurred that led to a starry night on which a child was born who would change the world. And we will ponder our own milestones–the progress and the potholes “on the way.”

ADVENT SCHEDULE:
Advent Decorating:
Advent Decorating: Sunday, November 23 | 12pm | FaithTulsa & FaithBixby
We will be preparing the church building for the season of Advent at both the Tulsa and Bixby locations. We need volunteers to help move decorations, setup trees, hang banners and more.
Advent Kickoff Workshop:
Sunday, November 23 | 3-5pm | FaithTulsa Great Hall
We’ll gather in the Great Hall for a time of Christmas fun with music, snacks and crafts! All ages are invited to this family friendly event. Participants are asked to bring a snack to share. Nursery care will be provided for infant - PreK.
Voices of the Nativity:
Sunday, December 14 | 10am at FaithTulsa & 11am at FaithBixby
We will have a special Christmas music service called Voices of the Nativity on Sunday, December 14 at 10am at our Tulsa location and another service at our Bixby location at 11am.
Blue Christmas Service:
Sunday, December 21 | 5pm | FaithTulsa Chapel
This special service of worship recognizes the long nights of this season. Typically called a “Blue Christmas Service,” this time of worship honors experiences of loss that often make Christmas lonely for many.
