All youth and adult volunteers must be active in the congregation, attend training and complete a Volunteer Application & Covenant and background check.

Volunteer opportunities:

Station Leader - Craft, Science, Recreation, Storytime, Snack, and Music specialists. Station Leaders remain in the same classrooms and lead activities. VBS leaders will provide supplies for you.

Camp Guides - Camp Guides shepherd VBS campers between classrooms and stay with the same group all week, building relationships with the kids.

Floaters - Floaters are here to fill the gaps and volunteer behind the scenes or in classrooms.

Clean Up - When VBS concludes on Thursday evening, June 20, we'll need help gathering supplies and removing decor, 8:30-9:30pm.

VOLUNTEER REGISTRATION:

VBS is June 17-20 (M-Th), 6pm-8:30pm. A snack supper (5:00-5:45) will be provided for youth and adult volunteers each evening. Nursery care for infants, toddlers and preschoolers is also provided for volunteers. Please be present at 5:30pm and ready to volunteer before kids arrive at 5:45pm. Camp Guides will be responsible for assisting their age level group in the Sanctuary at 5:45pm while the Station Leaders prepare their area. VBS concludes each evening by 8:30pm after all children have been picked up.
