Room Reservation

It is recommended that before you fill out the Room Request Form you view the Calendar of Events to check the availability of the date and time of your event. If the date and time you want appears to be available, please fill out the Room Request Form below. When you are finished filling out the form, click on the button at the bottom to submit the form. Please allow 7 days for confirmation.

*If keys are needed, it is the responsibility of the contact person to pick-up and return those keys through the Business Manager in the church office.

Groups using the facility must adhere to these specific guidelines:

Areas utilized should be returned to original condition before leaving facility.
All lights should be turned off upon leaving facility.
All thermostats should be returned to original settings prior to leaving facility.
Smoking is NOT allowed inside any part of the facility.
NO alcoholic beverages are allowed on the church premises.
Children must be supervised at all times in the same room as their parent/guardian unless childcare arrangements have been made with the Nursery Coordinator.
ALL doors used should be secured prior to leaving the facility, especially exterior entrances.
